Our client is hiring and you won't know much about them if you head to their website...it's a holding page. They work with super private, high-end clients on a word of mouth basis and are all about providing totally honest, expert advice and delivering superlative holidays and adventures for a small handful of amazing families. Having known the owner from my PURE days I can attest to the level of trips they do. They are also superyacht-based itinerary specialists.
This role has come about due to business thriving post Covid and the successful candidate will be working directly with the owner, so needs to be unflappable when it comes to being a part of such a small team.
(Remote-based: you can be based anywhere but ideally similar time zone to UK / Portugal)

An ideal position for an individual with a passion for adventure and travel looking for an opportunity to demonstrate their reliability, fine attention to detail and ability to deliver outstanding experiences to discerning UHNWI.
Holiday and adventure planning: working with the owner/team to plan and deliver amazing experiences for clients.
Logistical responsibilities: oversee all logistical elements of trips. Includes complex itineraries, contingencies and failsafe procedures, equipment sourcing and ownership of all aspects of logistics and costing of trips.
Ensure all resources are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage all communications, safety procedures, permits, travel requirements and insurances are in place.
Trip and project finances: As this is a small business, you will be responsible for all trip costing, ensuring appropriate financial buffers and contingencies are in place and working in a clear and understandable format.
Project financial ownership, working along with the Finance team to ensure funds are received and all necessary payments to suppliers, consultants and relevant third parties and processed in a timely manner.
Client and 3rd party management: liaise with clients to ensure direction and detail of expeditions are correct. Ensure the highest standards are achieved when dealing with clients’ requests. Negotiate and build longstanding relationships with 3rd party suppliers and other travel operators worldwide.

—At least 3 years experience in project management
—Experience working for UHNWI’s
—Previous responsibility for managing expenditure and 3rd party relationships
—Strong interest in travel and adventure
—Project management qualifications
—Experience in adventure / planning / complex logistics

—Experience in the Superyacht industry
—Full time freelance position, flexible working hours available
—£30,000-£45,000 (dependant on experience) per year plus discretionary bonus.
—8 hours per day, (Owner very flexible on hours as long as the work gets done) several clients are based on the west coast USA so evening calls are fairly regular.
—This role will be remote / home-based and the owner is based in Portugal.
