DREAM JOB ALERT - Opportunities like this one haven't really come about in the last 18 months...this role will see you heading up the Asia-Pacific Travel design department of this luxury travel outfit. You'll be the face of the APAC department and empowered to lead from the front, using your excellent people skills and teaming them with your encyclopaedic APAC product & destination knowledge to great avail.
Great knowledge of and passion for the destinations within your region.
Strong experience in client-facing, service-oriented roles with an enthusiasm to deliver consistently excellent service.
Proven experience of empowering team members to do their best work through facilitation and coaching, allowing each individual to thrive in their own way. Exceptional communicator and relationship-building with a wide range of partners and colleagues.
Positive and approachable, inviting feedback and input from others whilst not being afraid to challenge ideas.
Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy and self-awareness.Humble and open to learn and adapt as things change.
A ‘big picture’ mindset with a passion for conservation and travel with a positive impact.
The Day to Day:
Manage, inspire and support your team to achieve great sales performance and service.
Work with your team to help constantly improve the selection of experiences, properties and service we offer our guests. Be a point of escalation for any service or emergency issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to help give them the tools to effectively promote your region.
Keep well informed of best practice on sustainability and conservation to help with selection of service providers and accommodation.

The Small Print:
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 09am - 6pm in Shoreditch
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
