This beautiful hotel is a modern classic reinvented, in the heart of Knightsbridge. The property itself has undergone a glow up recently and it's new prices reflect this excitingly. The staff on arrival are dressed in incredible bespoke uniforms made by a local designer (they even change day to night) and the views over the private gardens from the suites are sublime. It's a really epic property, that we decided to partner with mainly for the icons that work in their sales team - you're not going to find better bosses than them in hospitality.
You'll also be selling its sister property, which is a skip and a hop down the road and comes complete with an in house golf simulator. You read that correctly, we promise.

You'll want to be part of a small sales team (4 people currently) and be excited about the opportunity to take a well known brand and hotel, but be able to put your stamp on selling it to a new 5* marketplace. You'll be joining a close knit and hard working team and thrive in a varied role, each day will be different and you'll love that as much as the team do.
Not only will you have great attention to detail, but also strong emotional intelligence, integrity, be a brilliant communicator and most of all, be a natural salesperson that is willing to get their hands dirty. Needless to say you will have a great work ethic and be a glass half full kind of person, with no task being too big or small.
The client is recruiting for two Sales Managers, both exclusively through us, and is particularly interested in people with UK or Europe experience, Groups & MICE and also Entertainment & Lifestyle experience, but is very open to everyone - for them it's about the personality, they want people who they can empower to be themselves and that will grow with the role and the company.
So what will the day to day look like?
We agreed with the client that we don't want to bore you with a list of duties, your time is precious after all, so we've cut the bullsh*t - in short, your role will be to maximise revenue development to your assigned market by using a structured sales approach. You'll be securing and developing new accounts for two properties in line with your sales targets. Simple, right?!
