Founded in 2019 by Chris King (formerly of This is Beyond), we were born from frustrations with current industry offerings and have flourished by providing personalised services to both candidates and clients alike.
With a love and understanding that covers all parts of the luxury travel & lifestyle industry we are looking to form long lasting partnerships (and ideally not have too many one night stands)!

Operating across the luxury travel sector, we specialise in finding companies and brands their next superstar through exclusive, targeted headhunting. Unlike competitors we do not use job boards, but instead maintain relationships with our database and when needed headhunt personally outside of it.
We also want to represent your brand how you would to a client and so will personally help write your job specs, create bespoke job adverts and advise on hiring procedures before beginning working on the role. After all, a candidate's perception of your company starts with the recruitment process.
