Lifestyle Manager

Central London (Hybrid 3/2) up to £50K + commission Permanent

This female owner led exclusive agency is a lifestyle membership for connoisseurs, decision-makers and explorers who seek rare and everlasting moments. A small team of three currently, they are looking for exciting talent to nurture + grow with the business with this Lifestyle Manager role.

The day to day:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for curating and managing an array of exclusive, tailor-made services, including:
Restaurant Reservations: Securing bookings at the world’s most sought-after restaurants.
Hotel, Villa, Chalet, and Yacht Bookings: Arranging premium accommodation and unique stays.
Travel Itineraries: Designing hyper-personalised itineraries for unforgettable journeys
Flights and Transfers: Organising commercial and private flights, as well as seamless ground transportation.
Personal Shopping: Sourcing exclusive items and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Event and Entertainment Tickets: Sourcing tickets to the most exclusive events, concerts, and shows worldwide.
Creative Solutions: Using your imagination and ingenuity to craft exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.


What are we looking for?

  • An ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing
  • Background of achieving sales and service targets within a lifestyle, concierge or travel role
  • Flawless attention to detail
  • A passion for the luxury sector and genuine hospitality
  • Understand the value of quality and delivering KPIs
  • Ability to multi-task and support wider team when required
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications such as excel, word, email applications, Internet browsers and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, dining and a real flair in relation to wowing members
  • Enjoy working for a fast paced start-up work environment that has an open and exciting culture with a dynamic team

The small print...

Salary: up to £50k + commission
Format & location: Central London office (3 days) with 2days WFH
Working hours: Core office hours 09.00 - 17.30 with occasional out of hours cover when required
